We are Lisa Bruner and Kris Jensen, partners in Dwell Best Construction LLC with 30 years of experience in construction and project management.
Our Approach
We share a passion for design, building, and remodeling and our mission is to successfully deliver thoughtful, quality, cost-effective projects. We strive to be honest, creative, and efficient in our work.
Our Experience
Kris has been working in construction and remodeling since 1998, when he founded Ideal Tile in San Francisco. He has led and collaborated on the design and construction of 700+ bathroom and kitchen remodels, has completed multiple full remodel flips of historic homes, and several new homes from the ground up. He has a keen eye for precise details and understands the importance and impact of quality construction throughout each phase of a construction project.
Lisa has a deep expertise in project management and laser focus for detailed budgets and timelines. She has practical design sense and building knowledge, and has managed both remodels and new home builds from design to completion.
